- Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine flour, Stevita, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cut in softened butter until fine crumbs form and mixture starts clinging to itself. Form into a ball, then knead until smooth.
- Pat or roll the dough into an 8-inch circle on an ungreased cookie sheet. Using your fingers, press a scalloped edge into the circle. Cut the circle into 16 wedges using a knife, leaving the wedges in the original circle shape.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the bottom begins browning and the center is set. Cut circle into wedges again while still warm, then cool wedges on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and finish cooling on a wire rack.
