- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the single-crust pastry.
- Add canned pumpkin, Stevita, evaporated milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour mix into pie crust and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into center. Allow to cool and top with Whipped Cream (see index).
